This is a relatively large species of leaf beetle. It has an reddish-brown body with orange markings on the sides.

AA-: Minor damage, such as a slight chip on a tarsus, but otherwise in good condition.

A2: Obvious damage.

B: Not suitable for specimen collection. Can be used for art creation or parts retrieval.

Uninspected: Specimen that has not been inspected. Conditions vary.

Pinned specimens are generally shipped secured in a simple specimen box made of processed styrofoam and a plastic container. Upon arrival, we recommend transferring the specimen from the simple box to a wooden specimen box. We carefully package items to prevent damage, but occasionally, parts may become detached due to vibrations during transit. In such cases, we cannot offer compensation. Please purchase only if you are able to perform repairs yourself to some extent, or if you understand the risks involved.

Note: Insects vary in size from large to extremely small. Particularly for small insects, even after inspection, there is a slight risk of overlooked damage or damage during transit. Due to the nature of specimens, there may be invisible aspects of their condition, such as internal decay or the handling methods at the collection site. Please allow for minor discrepancies in size. Species names are only listed if a detailed identification is possible. As we are not experts in all insects, misidentification may occasionally occur.
