[Before Ordering] The condition of the product is as shown in the images. Since this product is made from specimens that died of natural causes, there may be some minor scratches or dirt.
While we pack with the utmost care, in the unlikely event that a tarsus or other part breaks during shipping, we will provide repair services. Please contact us within one week of receiving the product. We cannot accommodate damages that existed prior to shipping, so please examine the product images carefully before purchasing.
The bottom of the case is not fixed to facilitate maintenance, so please be careful not to let the bottom fall out when carrying or opening it.
