While we take the utmost care in packaging, in the unlikely event that any tarsi, etc., are damaged during shipping, we will repair them. Please contact us within one week of receiving the product. We cannot address damage present before shipping, so please carefully check the product images before purchasing.
To facilitate maintenance, the bottom of the case is not fixed, so please be careful not to let the bottom fall out when carrying or opening the case.
