Although we take the utmost care in packaging, in the unlikely event that a tarsus or other part breaks off during shipping, we will repair it. Please contact us within one week of receiving the product. We cannot accommodate damages present before shipping, so please check the product images carefully before purchasing.
To facilitate maintenance, the bottom of the case is not fixed, so please be careful not to let the bottom fall out when carrying or opening it.
