Although we pack with the utmost care, in the unlikely event that
tarsi or other parts are damaged during shipping, we will arrange for repairs if you contact us within one week of receiving the product.
We cannot compensate for damage present before shipping, so please check the product images carefully before purchasing.
The bottom of the case is not fixed to facilitate maintenance, so please be careful not to let the bottom fall out when carrying or opening the case.
