We take the utmost care in packaging, but in the unlikely event that
a tarsus or other part breaks during shipping, we will arrange for repairs. Please contact us within one week of receiving the product.
We cannot compensate for damage present before shipping, so please check the product images carefully before purchasing.
To facilitate maintenance, the bottom of the case is not fixed. Please be careful that the bottom does not fall out when carrying or opening the case.
