About Your Order
Production Period Delivered within 3-6 weeks after insect arrival.
Shipping Insects After payment is completed, we will send the shipping address to your email address. Please ship the insects promptly in a dried state.
Shipping Fees Shipping for finished products is free. *Customers are responsible for the shipping cost when sending insects to us.
Exclusions from Production We cannot accept the following for production:
・Live insects ・Individuals in significantly poor condition ・Pupae, larvae ・Individuals with a total length of 1cm or less
Damage If there is any damage during delivery, please contact us within one week of product arrival. We will arrange for repair.
Storage and Maintenance ・Store in a cool, dry place away from high temperatures and humidity. ・During summer, place a desiccant inside the case when storing. ・For dirt on the case surface, gently wipe with a soft cloth dampened with water and wrung out tightly.
