~About Shipping~

Spread specimens are generally shipped secured in a simple specimen box made from processed Styrofoam and a plastic container. We recommend transferring them to a wooden specimen box upon arrival. While we pack items carefully to prevent damage, please note that in rare cases, parts may detach due to vibration during transit. We cannot provide compensation for such occurrences. Please purchase only if you are capable of performing minor repairs yourself or if you are willing to accept these risks.

Note: Insect species range from large to very small. For smaller insects in particular, there is a slight risk of overlooked defects despite inspection, or damage during transport. Due to the nature of the specimens, there may be invisible issues such as internal decay or underlying factors from processing at the collection site. Please allow for slight margins of error regarding size. We list detailed species names only when confirmed; as we are not experts on every insect, identification errors may rarely occur.

By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you understand the points mentioned above.
