While we take the utmost care in packaging, if any tarsi or other parts happen to break during shipping, we will repair them. Please contact us within one week of receiving the product. Please note that we cannot address damage that existed before shipping, so please carefully check the product images before making a purchase.
The bottom of the case is not fixed to facilitate maintenance, so please be careful not to let the bottom fall out when carrying or opening it.
