[Before Ordering] The condition of the product is as shown in the images. As these are specimens prepared from individuals that have died naturally, there may be some minor scratches or dirt.
Although we take the utmost care in packaging, in the unlikely event that any tarsi or other parts become detached during shipping, we will repair them. Please contact us within one week of receiving the product. Please note that we cannot address damage that existed prior to shipping, so please carefully review the product images before making a purchase.
The bottom of the case is not fixed for easier maintenance. Please be careful not to let the bottom fall out when carrying or opening the case.
