[Before Ordering] The condition of the product is as shown in the images. Since this product is made using specimens that have died naturally, there may be some minor scratches or dirt.
While we take the utmost care in packaging, in the unlikely event that any tarsi or other parts are damaged during shipping, we will repair them. Please contact us within one week of receiving the product. We cannot address damage that existed before shipping, so please examine the product images carefully before purchasing.
The bottom of the case is not fixed to facilitate maintenance. Please be careful to prevent the bottom from coming off when carrying or opening the case.
