While we pack with the utmost care, in the unlikely event that a tarsus or other part breaks during shipping, we will arrange for repairs. Please contact us within one week of receiving the product. Please note that we cannot compensate for damage present before shipping, so please check the product images carefully before purchasing.
The bottom of the case is not fixed to facilitate maintenance, so please be careful not to let the bottom fall out when carrying or opening it.
